This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

The friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome as soon as we stepped through the doors. The room was furnished and decorated beautifully, was very clean and the bed was super comfortable (a good nights sleep was had!). The spa is a fantastic amenity at the Victoria Jungfrau Grand. The facilities, the atmosphere and the staff all create a relaxing experience (the outdoor heated pool with the view of the mountains was definitely a highlight for me).

Beautiful hotel inside and outside, with very nice and caring staff. The location and view toward the square is unmatchable with any others. The food and restaurant qualities are good, and the atmosphere is nice. I traveled with my dog and was very impressed to see the preparations that were made to the room to accommodate his stay (Dog bed, food station, dog cookies, and a sign to hang at the door, when he's left in the room alone)

It's our honeymoon celebrations they make fantastic memories for us thank you for the room decorations thank you for Mr. Dragan vasilis for concierge he help us a lot for choosing the places to go and thank you also for Mr. Antonio azevedo for helping us a lot

The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.
